We warranty our Dog Agility and Flyball products for replacement of any part that breaks during normal usage for the first 90 days after the purchase date. This does not include parts that are broken from misuse or mishandling. If any part breaks during normal usage, email us with the problem.  We will send you instructions on returning the part.  We will check the part for the cause of the failure and send you a replacement.  Replacement parts are available after the 90 day period for a nominal fee.  Contact us with your replacement needs.
