Most orders are shipped via FedEx Ground. Because of this, we cannot ship to a PO Box. If a PO Box is provided, your order will be delayed until a physical address has been received. A few, small orders, may be shipped out via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.

Most items ship out within 3 business days. Shipment days are Tuesday and Friday. We can ship other days, depending on the volume of orders. Special orders, including competition tunnels, are shipped directly from the manufacturer and typically have a 2-3 week delivery time. If you need a tunnel right away, please let us know so we can check if there are any colors currently in stock that will ship faster.
